Passion and Ink (Sweetest Taboo #2) by Naima Simone

I loved Sin and Ink - the first book in the  Sweetest Taboo  series - and was really looking forward to this one. I am happy to say it was even better than the first book! I am not one to get emotional reading, I got emotional... This story was full of passion and heart.

Shift Out of Luck (Brimstone Inc. #2) by Abigail Owen

Abigail Owen was a new author to me last year. I was given a copy of The Rogue King   and fell in love. So much so I added her book to my local book club list (Q&A with Abigail here ). So of-course, when I saw this beauty I just had to read it. It was paranormal romance heaven! What pnr lover does not enjoy a good shifter story?

The Kissing Game by Marie Harte

The Kissing Game, Marie Harte The Kissing Game  by Marie Harte was the book picked for my romance book for May. I don't often pick books I have not read before but this looked and sounded so cute I could not resist. I just had to give it a chance. I am glad I did. It had me smiling rather often!

Not That Kind of Guy by Andie J. Christopher [arc review]

I finished it.

The Last King (The Kings #1) by Katee Robert

The Last King, Katee Robert  For those who don't know I run a Romance Book Club at  Inklings Bookshop  in Washington State. Katee Robert will (hopefully, no one wants this COVID madness to last that long), be in our store this August with a bunch of other amazing authors and I wanted to introduce my book club to her. I like a little spice on my books so although I've read her books, it was her Mafia Romance series and not this one. Well, I guess now I found another series to be hooked on, it was fab :)
